Description

Position Description:

This position is for a group service associate. The job responsibility include answering inbound calls related to service and sales, and making outbound calls for renewal. The candidate must be fluent in both English and Korean.

Primarily Responsibilities:

Provide service to BAs, Brokers and Members
Answer inbound call inquiries from BAs, brokers and members.
Proactively making outbound calls to BAs of renewing groups for upcoming renewal reminder
Perform Inside-Sales function to increase new business
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls from Brokers, prospect groups, and individuals

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Candidate must be fluent (verbal & written) in Korean and English with strong knowledge of Korean culture; written proficiency is strongly desired
1 year of customer service experience preferred
1 year of sales experience preferred
Customer service experience in a healthcare, insurance or managed care setting is preferable
Analytical and problem solving skills are mandatory
An associate degree or college education is required, with preference for BA/BS degree
