Associate Director Healthcare Economics

Specific job functions for this position would include:
Implement and lead Medical Expense Management process
Align interventions with Medical Expense Management opportunities and build process to track, monitor, and support.
Build/Implement more robust local reserving process
Create and monitor financial results by appropriate measures to support actual, budgeted, and forecasted results.
Work closely with Corporate Medical Economics and Busness Intelligence team to integrate site into existing Americhoice processes
Monitor and track clinical and sales productivity
Develop financial reports that will assist with growth and strategic planning
Works with CFO and Clinical Leadership to mine and compile revenue and expense data and provide analytical support
This position would report to the Market CFO.

- Undergraduate degree
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in financial/analytical role
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Access and Excel

- Ability to retrieve, manipulate and analyze large data sets
- Project Management experience preferred
- Prior Healthcare Economics experience preferred
