What will this Position will Offer You? You will, part of ManTech Integrated Logistics Support & Services (ILSS), is responsible for the collection, creation and analysis of data/information, activities/results, statistical reports and performance reports from multiple sources such as internal records, Standard Army Management Information Systems (STAMIS), external surveys and government forecasts in support of one or more of the following programs: Left Behind Equipment (LBE), Supply Support Activities (SSA), Pre-Deployment Training Equipment (PDTE), Theater Provided Equipment (TPE). Additionally this position may include the role of a Quality Assurance Specialist. As such, he/she would establish, maintain, and implement quality standards that meet the requirements of the ILSS Performance Work Statement (PWS), ISO 9001:2008 compliance and oversight of required quality audits and inspections.
* Analyze activities/results and statistical reports from multiple sources. * Collect data/information from multiple sources, such as internal records, Standard Army Management Information Systems (STAMIS), external surveys and government forecasts. * Create periodic performance reports. * Design and create documents, spreadsheets and reports. * Generate a variety of routine, special & ad hoc reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and special reports and/or data through data extraction techniques. * Maintain data by updating new or changed information. * Identify variances to quality control trends, quantities on-hand, scheduled requirements, and forecasts. * Maintain report files. * Monitor and verify periodic data feeds, and resolve problems as necessary. * Report on information contained in the database to internal clients according to a standard format. * Review and input as needed changes to data in compliance with set guidelines. * Troubleshoot database problems for basic users. * Analyze statistical data and report to ascertain trends, conformance to standards and directives, and efficiency of operations. * Prepare briefing documents. * Present briefings, reports, analysis, findings and data to government customers and internal personnel. * Maintain paperwork in a manner that will comply with policies and procedures. * Liaise between Program Management Office and Regional sites regarding reporting requirements and data collection. * Perform other projects and/or tasks as assigned.
Position Requirements: * Assiciates Degree Perferred * 5-7 years experience * Must be a U.S. citizen * Candidate should have completion of prerequisite training for the 92A3O (Automated Logistics Specialist) or 92Y3O (Unit Supply Specialist) Army Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) or equivalent training is required - Army Additional Skill Identifier of 2S (Battle Staff Operations) is desired. * Candidate should possess knowledge of Army standardized supply and property accountability regulations, policies, procedures or other written or verbal instructions relating to receipt and/or issue of stock or property items. * Candidate will have general supervisory experience and must have specific senior management experience in either Logistics or Supply Management areas. * Candidate should possess the ability to resolve recurring problems and perform a range of standard and non-standard clerical assignments. * Candidate must possess extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, specifically Excel spreadsheets and Access Database. * Candidate should have an understanding of the Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW) and must have working knowledge with Standard Army Management Information Systems (STAMIS) with a minimum of three to five years experience with Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE). * Candidate must possess the ability to independently analyze and resolve difficult issues and problems in the assigned area of responsibility involving accountability processes, work methods, supply data management and day-to-day operational procedures to manage complex classified supply programs.
