Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Community Care Alliance (CCA) in partnership with Tides Family Services (TFS), and Child and Family Services (CFS), is recruiting for a new multi-disciplinary program serving high-risk youth. CCA, TFS, and CFS have all adopted a systemic approach to providing trauma-informed care ensuring that all clients who encounter the agencies receive services that are sensitive to the impact of trauma.
  • We are immediately hiring for a grant funded Clinician.
  • Provide individual and family treatment for children and youth who are at risk for a higher level of care, or out of home placement.
  • Services take place in a variety of settings and are intensive in nature.
  • Clinician s function as part of a multidisciplinary team and are required to collaborate with other team members as well as other agencies and individuals involved with families.
  • Clinicians function as the clinical lead on shared cases and provide direction regarding need and interventions for the clients and families.
  • Provide individual and family counseling utilizing a variety of modalities in addressing a diverse population, including complex trauma, social determinants of health, under represented populations and social challenges.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIRED:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or a related human services discipline. License eligible or independently licensed. SUPERVISION FOR INDEPENT LICENSURE PROVIDED.
  • Drivers license required.
  • Bi-lingual candidates preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Work takes place primarily in home and other community based settings.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing.
