Key Role:

Provide the Navy with expert and in-depth training program surveillance and development management. Serve as project liaison, utilizing prior analysis to update MSA courses in conjunction with the Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) Process. Work in a team environment to meet client challenges and analyze new solutions using directives and guidelines. Build and leverage new expertise utilizing LEAD development software to ensure all technical data within curricula is accurate and updated. Develop and maintain essential relationships with direct clients and supporting commands.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with Naval Submarine Training methodologies

• Experience with AIM I, CPM and LOM, or LEAD

• Secret clearance

• HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

• Master Training Specialist (MTS) Certification

Clearance:
